In-depth semi-structured interviews with thirteen adult COVID-19 survivors, ages forty to sixty, were undertaken. Open-ended questions on the state of the COVID-19 sickness, the psychological state, and the religious coping mechanisms used up until the point of cure were posed to the respondents. The information was categorized using thematic analysis. Three adult coping strategies—positive thinking, positive activity, and yielding to God—are shown by the classification results. According to this research, the respondent experiences resilience and serenity when coping with the COVID-19 virus when they practice good religious coping. This study demonstrates how adult respondents manage to endure till they heal, but additional investigation is required to comprehend how religious coping is employed by populations that are more vulnerable to pressures.

Zuhdiyah Zuhdiyah Copyright (c) 2023 Zuhdiyah Zuhdiyah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-10-30 2023-10-30 3 2 85 92 10.52760/ijerd.v3i2.50 Self Efficacy Enhancement of Public School Teachers through Cognitive Behavior Therapy https://e-journal.yayasancec.or.id/index.php/corolla/article/view/47
This study explores how Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) can help improve the self-efficacy of elementary school teachers in public schools. (2) How do Public School Elementary Teachers address their Self-efficacy concerns? (3) How different are the Self-efficacy levels of Public-School Elementary Teacher before and after undergoing CBT? (4) What guidance/wellness program using CBT can be proposed for the enhancement of Self-efficacy of Public-School Elementary Teachers? Quantitative findings utilizing the New General Self-efficacy scale present that majority of the teachers demonstrate moderate to high levels of self-efficacy. Qualitative data indicated the self-efficacy concerns of teachers including computer skills, aging, health issues, motivation, task alignment and time management. To address these, they resort to mediocre work, talk directly to concerned persons, seek help from relatives, become careful about health, and most commonly, resort to sleeping. The CBT sessions markedly increased the posttest results and the teachers reported considerable positive changes in their thinking. This research promotes the understanding of the self-efficacy of teachers and offers valuable insights for upgrading the well-being and effectiveness of teachers. It also highlights the potential of Cognitive Behavior Therapy as an effective intervention for enhancing self-efficacy and showcases the importance of tailored wellness programs in building the holistic development of teachers.

Toniruth Luaton Lorelei Vinluan Copyright (c) 2023 Toniruth Luaton, Lorelei Vinluan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-11-10 2023-11-10 3 2 93 106 10.52760/ijerd.v3i2.47 Empowering Learners on Mathematic Subject by Problem Based Learning and Metacognitive Strategy to Improve Reflective Thinking Competence https://e-journal.yayasancec.or.id/index.php/corolla/article/view/39
Learning on math in the classroom has a one way teacher center, so the student will be un-active, the process of learning on math that could be done more concentrate on finishing the test that has procedural character only, that caused the student couldn’t finished a math problem that usually applied in the class, didn’t give a chance for the student to develop their competence of thinking, in which, one of them is reflective thinking competence.
